download it from www.microsoft.com/express [NOTE: if you don't have much space on your hard drive, you don't have to install the MSDN part]. [See page xliii in book for installation help, if needed]. Once you get your CS account, you can: 1) download VS08 from MSDN (Microsoft) - see the staff in room C-208 if you need further help OR 2) get it from the staff in room C-208 - bring your CS account info (in the email) & a blank DVD to swap |
